Architectural Control

The association's covenants require that any resident planning modifications to the exterior of their home—including painting, decks, fencing, large plantings, separate structures, playground equipment, and more—must first obtain approval for the project. The Architectural Control Committee has 30 days in which to approve requests. The links below contain more information.

If you have questions about whether your home improvement project needs approval, contact the Architectural Control Committee chair.

Submitting your project for approval:

Download a copy of the approval form, fill out the form completely, and return it to the committee via an email to the committee chair (meling6180@comcast.net) or by post (4600 118th Avenue, S.W., Olympia, WA 98512-1008).
The committee will respond to your request within 30 days.
