2026 Annual Homeowners Meeting
October 20, 2026
All homeowners are encouraged to attend the HOA's annual homeowners meeting. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be held at the West Thurston Regional Fire Authority building, 10828 Littlerock Road, S.W., Olympia, WA 98512.

Halloween: What to Expect in the "Field of Screams"

Halloween 2026 falls on a Saturday, which means the neighborhood may see an uptick in the number of trick-or-treaters. As one of the few walkable neighborhoods in our rural area, Field of Dreams is always a magnet for locals. If you plan to celebrate Halloween, be sure to illuminate walkways and porch areas, keep walkways clear, and ensure that pets are safe.

The West Thurston County Regional Firefighters are typically onsite during the evening (near the intersection of Dream Street and 118th Avenue) to hand out candy and glow sticks.
Santa Sleigh Visit & Holiday Food Drive
December 2026 (date TBD)
Each December, Santa and his trusty elves deliver candy canes to residents and collect donations for local food banks.
