Field of Dreams assesses annual fees that cover community area maintenance and utility expenses. The sections below include a detailed breakdown of various fees.
Currently (2025), Field of Dreams assesses annual dues of $1,488 per household. Dues are payable to the Association quarterly OR annually. Advanced payments are encouraged as expenses tend to peak during the summer months. More information.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, dues will increase to $1,608 per household per year.
The Homeowners Association owns and maintains a community water and septic utility system. Bimonthly statements for water and septic charges are mailed by Northwest Water Systems, Inc., and are payable by the 25th of each month. More information.
Each homeowner's backflow preventer must be inspected annually. The Field of Dreams' Water Officer coordinates the inspection with a third party. The fee for this inspection is covered by the $10 fee included with your water and septic fees. More information.
