Field of Dreams' covenants require that any resident planning modifications to the exterior of their home first obtain approval for the project. The Architectural Control Committee has 30 days to approve requests. Click here for more information and links to request forms.

Electricity is necessary for each home's septic system to work properly. All homeowners have a responsibility to limit water usage during power outages. Click here for more information on emergency procedures for dealing with power outages. 

Homeowners must submit requests seeking prior approval before undertaking any major exterior home changes. Forms are also available to report incidents to the board, to alert the board to the sale of a home, or to notify the board regarding an extended absence. Click here for downloadable PDF forms.
