Field of Dreams operates under a homeowners association (HOA), a nonprofit association
that helps to manage and maintain the community. Upon purchasing a home in Field of Dreams, residents automatically become members of the HOA.
Field of Dreams' covenants contain the guidelines homeowners must adhere to within the community. Our covenants were adopted to maintain and protect the value of our properties.
