Field of Dreams assesses annual HOA dues of $1,488 per household. These dues pay for community area maintenance and utility expenses.

In January, you'll be sent a bill via post or email. You may pay your HOA dues for the entire year or on a quarterly basis.

If paying annually, payment is due within 30 days of January 1.

If paying quarterly, payments of $372 due within 30 days of:

- January 1

- April 1

- July 1

- October 1

Payment should be sent by check (payable to "Field of Dreams HOA") at Field of Dreams HOA, 4600 118th Avenue, S.W., Olympia, WA 98512-1008.

A $100 late fee will be assessed after the 15th of the month following the payment month.

If a certified letter is sent regarding unpaid dues, a $10 fee also will be added to the outstanding charges.
