Committee Duties
The Grounds and Maintenance Committee is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the association's outdoor spaces. It monitors and manages the condition of the common areas, including overseeing the grounds, hiring a landscaping service, and tracking other outdoor features and infrastructure. The committee also advises the board on issues related to rules and policies concerning common areas.

We live in a beautiful setting. Maintenance of the grounds, however, is a collective effort. If you notice anything in the common areas that is damaged or in need of attention, please reach out.
