Peaceful and well maintained, Field of Dreams is a friendly community. Green-thumb residents will appreciate the neighborhood's free yard debris disposal area, while readers can share books through our Little Free Library. With no thru traffic, the neighborhood is great for walkers.
Little Free Library
The Little Free Library is located next to the mailbox area. Residents are free to borrow or donate books to the library at any time. A community volunteer occasionally culls the library to make room for new titles.
Yard Debris Disposal Area
While most residents have yard debris bins that are emptied every two weeks by our waste management company, the bins do have a tendency to get full during major yard cleanups. A community yard debris disposal area is located off 118th Loop Southwest. The gravel access road to the dumping area is located at the back of the loop, between homes 4704 and 4632 118th Loop Southwest. Please keep the following in mind when using the yard debris area.

The yard debris disposal area is reserved for use by residents only. Professional landscapers, tree pruners and gardeners are not allowed to dump here. They should take all debris they create/collect back to their usual disposal area.

Please dump your yard debris as far back in the area as possible. If you dump near the entrance to the area, it creates a barrier that prevents other residents from dumping.

The yard debris area is located behind some of our residents' homes. Please keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
Secure Mailboxes
The community's mailboxes are located next to the Ball Field on 118th Avenue Southwest. This area is monitored by cameras and very secure. A convenient car turnout allows residents to park their cars off the roadway while checking their mailboxes.
Green Spaces
Field of Dreams' original design sought to embrace and highlight the area's natural setting. That's why nearly two-thirds of the neighborhood's property is green space that encompasses walking trails, a protected wetlands area, and a community lawn called the Ball Field. Learn more.
Broadfield Disc Golf Course
A 9-hole disc golf course is located near the western edge of Field of Dreams (the course sits between the community and the neighboring farm). The course is accessible from the walking paths near the FOD yard debris disposal area or from Gifford Road Southwest. Open from dawn to dusk. Learn more.
